Milazzo NATURE is a Blanc de Blanc from Chardonnay grapes, where you can find the perfect synthesis between the best expressiveness of Chardonnay grapes and the combination of terroir and Mediterranean climate. In fact, thanks to the climate of Campobello di Licata we are able to obtain a full maturation of the selected selections, capable of preserving freshness, elegance and aromatic vein. A "Mediterranean" expression that manifests itself with a style in the wine making and cellar choices all aimed at preserving and enhancing the territorial expression.

Beautiful crystalline color, pale yellow with nice green reflections, persistent and well-made perlage. On the nose it is clean, aromatic vegetal scents emerge that recall the vegetation of the sea coast. Perceptible notes of white flowers. Closes with excellent minerality reminding of flint. There are no perceptible hints of yeast or pastry, in perfect coherence with the Nature style. The nose, while rich, does not suggest opulence and creaminess but rather a muscular and at the same time slender and agile impact. In the mouth it confirms the first sensations: it is fresh, balanced in structure, persistent and savory to the end.

The product is defined as "zero dosage" as the "expedition liqueur" does not contain added sugars and the residual sugar, naturally contained in the wine, does not exceed 3.0 g /l.
