The winery

The Company’s mission is to valorize autochthonous grapevines of their territory (namely Fiano di Avellino, Greco di Tufo, Falanghina, Aglianico and Aglianico di Taurasi, Sciascinoso and Piedirosso) and to produce native wines. From this concept the name of the company: NATIV.

Story

The NATIV winery was established in 2008 in the heart of Irpinia by Dr. Mario Ercolino, internationally renowned Oenologist, and his wife Dr. Roberta Pirone, specialized in Food Sciences, as the result of an important and deep-rooted experience in the wine sector and with the aim of creating Wines of Excellence.

The Estate

The 15 hectares of proprietary vineyards have been chosen for the particular characteristics of the soil, largely of volcanic origin, and the other pedoclimatic qualities of the region that makes the territory between Paternopoli and Taurasi particularly vocated for production of high-quality wines.

The Cellar

Each of the NATIV wines has a unique and unequivocal character, as it is produced through innovative winemaking methods, still respecting tradition, always paying attention to fully maintaining the organoleptic structure of the grape unaltered. The result are wines of unequivocal quality, capable to satisfy every palate.
